Acro Service Corporation (Acro) is an awarded vendor under the NASPO ValuePoint Cloud and Software Solutions Master Agreement, providing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms and Value-Added Services for state, local, tribal, and territorial government entities. Public agencies can use this cooperative contract to access Acro’s awarded SaaS solutions and value-added services.

Administrative Structure 

  • 0.25% NASPO ValuePoint Administrative Fee

  • Ordering instructions provided in coordination with NASPO and Lead State

Participating Entities should confirm execution of a Participating Addendum in their jurisdiction prior to purchase.

Step 4: Execute Participating Addendum and initiate onboarding. 

Acro will provide required ordering instructions and cooperate with NASPO ValuePoint and the Lead State as outlined in the Master Agreement.
